Twin Spots, our resident female leopard, came into camp around noon the other day to have a drink of water. As we watched her, she started stalking one of the male nyalas which frequent the lodge in front of the chalets. Slowly she neared the nyala, then suddenly took off after him and killed him behind one of the tents. She has since stayed around, feeding on her kill every now and then over the past few days. We are very lucky to experience this up close at the lodge – it does not happen often!
