KwaMbili welcomes children of all ages but in our experience a safari lodge is not necessarily great for small children. Parents should be aware that we are in a low-risk malaria area and the camp is open (i.e. unfenced). You will need to monitor your children continuously.
In addition, children under 6 years old are not allowed on game drive – this is simply not safe. Older children may join the game drive provided they can stay completely still and silent when required, this at the discretion of the manager or ranger. For younger children we can arrange a special short game drive after breakfast and baby-sitting services are available should parents wish to join the other guests on game drive.
