Our daily programme starts with lunch at 14h00 and game drives depart between 15h00 and 16h00 depending on the season. Check-out is after the morning game drive and breakfast at the latest by 11h00.
SA and SADC Special for travel until 28 February 2023
For SA and SADC residents we offer a special of R3000,00 per person per night sharing, minimum 2 people and minimum 2 nights, booked within 30 days of arrival.
This includes accommodation, all meals, tea, coffee throughout the day, as well as two game drives per day and VAT. It excludes beverages from the bar, personal expenses and a daily conservation levy of R200 per person for Thornybush Game Reserve payable at the lodge. Check-in is from 12h00. Our daily programme starts with lunch at 14h00 and game drives depart between 15h00 and 16h00 depending on the season. Check-out is after the morning game drive and breakfast at the latest by 11h00.
Groups
We can accommodate a maximum of 10 people sharing. We can book the lodge exclusively for groups of 8 or more people.
Payment Terms & Conditions
To secure a booking a 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. Payment must be made in full prior to the guest arrival or upon receipt of invoice, whichever is earlier. Invoices will be forwarded via e-mail or fax in the month prior to the guest arrival. If bookings are made within 30 days of arrival, the full amount is payable immediately to secure the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
- 56-43 days before arrival 25% of total cost
- 42-29 days before arrival 50% of total cost
- 28-15 days before arrival 75% of total cost
- 14-0 days before arrival 100% of total cost
