Our resident female leopard Saseka has done us proud with both she and her male cub doing well. There have been a number of dangerous incidents and close calls with lions but she has managed to keep the little cub going, proving she is a formidable predator and mother.
The cub is now about 4 months old and healthy. We had the honour of watching mother and son feeding on an impala she had killed. He still has not mastered the art of climbing trees as well as his mother, giving us a laugh now and then as he tries to be as elegant as his mother up in a tree!
