An accomplished mother

We were lucky to have our old friend, the resident female leopard we call Twin Spots, come by the other evening and stop for a drink at the waterhole in front of the hide while the guests were enjoying dinner in the hide. Twin Spots has been busy raising young cubs and has not been seen much these last months. It appears that now that the cubs are a bit older, she can afford to roam further away from them as she searches for prey. And we are glad to have her back round KwaMbili. This plucky mother has successfully raised cub after cub and we have many stories of her in and around camp. Let’s hope she brings these new cubs with her the next time she visits KwaMbili.
